Christopher J. Bailey has a wide breadth of legal experience acquired over a 20+ year legal career. Mr. Bailey’s areas of practice include real estate conveyances; land use and land use-related litigation; business organizations (corporations and partnerships); commercial, personal, and corporate transactions; and estate planning and administration. Chris represents many small businesses in matters related to employee relations, governmental compliance, organizational structure, as well as business-related litigation. Chris has represented numerous clients with land-use issues such as zoning, subdivision and land development matters. Mr. Bailey’s zoning and land-use experience includes client representation before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court (Southco, Inc. v. Concord Twp., 713 A.2d 607) Chris is admitted to practice in all of the Pennsylvania State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Chris has been a resident of Chester County for almost fifty years. Having lived in the County from a young age, Mr. Bailey is very familiar with the breadth of personalities and geographic areas that make up the County.
