Daniel A. Armstrong has over 20 years of focused experience in criminal, traffic, and general litigation matters. Dan is a graduate of West Chester University as well as the Villanova University School of Law, interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office under current Supreme Court Justice Ronald Castille and subsequently served 5 years in the Delaware County District Attorney's Office handling all criminal prosecutions up to and including first degree murder cases.
Dan has served as President of the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is currently on the Executive Board as an officer. Dan arrives to our firm with a very active criminal defense practice accepting cases in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, Lancaster and Philadelphia Counties. With over ninety jury trials and thousands of motion hearings and plea agreements, Dan’s courtroom presence speaks for itself. Dan is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
